Some works of God defy explanation. Scientific understanding of how conception occurs may reduce the impact of this comparison. Yet, conception and life remain mysteries. How does God make us something so radically different from an animal?
One of the themes of this book is the inability of people to know God’s works apart from knowing Him.
The phrase “Maker of all things” is a clear declaration of Him as our Creator.
